The team at Harcourts Roleystone delivers a service more than what is required. They were efficient, reliable, honest and professional. Louise Smith was our sales consultant and she is the most amazing and wonderful lady and she went above and beyond. We thank her for such a smooth sale of our property and would recommend her to help sell or buy a home. Thank you so very much. Edith and Cameron

Tim and the team at Harcourts were positive, professional and being local to Roleystone, had the necessary knowledge and understanding of the market in the area. We are extremely pleased that we chose Tim and his team to sell our house in a dynamic and changing market.

Louise was great to work with whilst selling our home of nearly 19 years. She has a very down to earth professional attitude towards her work and is accommodating and personable even when clients change their minds. She is client focused and guides with out being pushy. Harcourts was efficient and timely with their communication. There was never an indication that anything was a hassle which made selling so much easier. I would happily sell a property with Louise and Harcourts again.

I cannot rate the professional and genuine service by Louise highly enough. At all times, Louise ensured we understood the market, what could be expected and feedback on how things were going. We had never sold before and believe 100% the right agent made the difference. Louise works alongside her clients, not in front of them which means we understood our options and offers when presented with them. Thank you, Louise!
