I’ve had the privilege of using Tim and Harcourts on two seperate occasions and I can say for a fact that he’s just different to all the others, and that’s a good thing. Tim’s kind nature shows in his sales technique, he’s polite, not pushy and has the ability to build rapport with both the seller and buyers very easily. Both home sales were very smooth and received offers during the first home open, both over what we were asking.
