We recently listed our house in Bulimba for sale with Chris. Extra challenge was that we had a tenant in place. Chris and his team did an amazing job preparing the house and executing the sales and marketing campaign. He achieved a quick sale at our asking price. I highly recommend Chris and his team and would use their services again in the future for any real estate matter, sales or rental.

Pretty straight, easy to deal with. Always at end of phone. Everything ran smoothly, however only had warm beers to offer 😔

Chris Lawsen, was the ultimate professional. He was approachable, he listen and guided me through the stressful process of selling. Chris knows his business but was never overbearing. He had a well structured plan of action, but was very open an honest as we navigated the sale. I felt well supported and knew he was working for me to achieve the best outcome. I highly recommend Harcourts Inner East.

Chris did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the initial interest from buyers and this continued throughout the sales process. Our house sold in just three after being put on the market and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from signing up to handing over the keys. The professional nature of all the staff at Harcourts is to be commended.
