Chris made this sale happen through an approach of active encouragement, information, engagement and perception of our needs. At every point in the process (which took several months) he was the enabler. We appreciated his friendly open manner which at all times was positive towards a result. We also appreciated very much being able to call Chris directly after settlement on one small issue to which he responded immediately. It showed he cared about the whole process which included our move in. The followup gift he sent separately was also a nice welcome initiative.
