Chris was very knowledgeable for the best and most effective marketing strategies. He displayed the property in a manner that emphasised the property's inherently strong points beyond what we would have emphasised; showing points that we had not considered. He made the marketing, selling and contractual tasks simple and straightforward. The property sold for 16% above what another agent considered to be the best price. This amounted to several tens of thousands of dollars more.
