Everyone in Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville is really professional. I bought local investment while in Sydney so there was a major concern that how i will arrange new tenants and handover of the property from Vendor to New Tenants without visiting there. They came with high recommendations and i am happy that they delivered what they promised. They found new tenants within 2 weeks with more than expected rental return. Looked after the property and took the possession from previous agent. Bit of surprises costing extra although but i will ignore them given the massive value they added without my physical involvement. Will definitely recommended them if someone need new agent.
