I was looking to purchase a property in Townsville from overseas and had engaged Harcourts Kingberry Townsville for the pre-purchase inspections and subsequent management of the property. Chanara was my main point of contact with Liam conducting the inspections of the properties. In a hot market, you want your representative to respond quickly to act on potential properties and that is exactly what happened. Chanara was super fast in conducting a desktop assessment and provide a rental appraisal and feedback on the property, while Liam would conduct property inspections at a day's notice. Paige stepped in when Chanara wasn't available for any reason or when I had needed quotes for renovation. I found Chanara, Paige and Liam to be very knowledgeable of the rental markets, the type of tenants the property would attract, property due diligence, contacts for renovations etc. The transition of ownership and property management was also done seamlessly.
