I reached out to a few agents in Townsville. Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville were hospitable responding to my questions in a timely manner. They were happy to assist me with pre-purchase inspections and advice. Following the purchase they acted quickly to get the house ready to be tenanted. I would highly recommend Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville to anyone looking for purchase advice and to manage a property.

Staff were friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. From application to approval and processing. For someone who hasn’t rented in over a decade, their professionalism and support has made the whole process easier than expected.

The New business team is amazing, great market knowledge, amazing service and very prompt in communicating. However, once the property is assigned to a PM it very difficult to communicate and stay informed about your property. No prompt communication.

The communication could use more improvement between property management and tenants. Several times I've had to follow up after reporting with maintenance issues.

"I recently purchased an investment property through Harcourts, and the entire process has been exceptional. From the initial purchase to the ongoing management, the Harcourts team has exceeded my expectations. They swiftly found and thoroughly vetted excellent tenants, securing the weekly rental rate they had estimated. Additionally, their assistance in coordinating access for tradespeople and recommending maintenance suppliers has been invaluable. Though it’s still early days, I am genuinely pleased with the service provided by Harcourts.
