We have been in contact with Harcourts for a couple of months now regarding assisting us in finding the right investment property until it is rented out. The total time period was around 4 months. We are in Brisbane, and the Harcourts team is in Townsville, and we were looking to buy a property in Townsville. From the beginning, the new business team, including Paige, Liam, and Chanara, were helpful, kind, and prompt in their responses, willing to analyze the properties for us. It was a breeze for us to buy the property remotely. Then the leasing team at Harcourts, including Liam, Bianca and other leasing team members, took care of taking professional photos, advertising the property and arranging inspections. They arranged continuous inspections, and within 2 weeks, the property was tenanted. We are very happy working with this wonderful team and look forward to working with them on our other properties in Townsville. We highly recommend the entire Harcourts Kingberry Townsville team!!! It was an wonderful experience working with the BDM team of Harcourts - Chanara, Paige & Liam - they were all very responsive, always available when needed & super helpful for performing pre-acquisition inspections on behalf of me. Their inspection reports were very detailed and provided a lot of insights not only limited to the property but also about the location etc. They took care of all the hassle of organising the inspections including the pre-settlement inspection, coordinate with the sales agent for arranging inspections for the new tenancy. Also to mention they were super fast to advertise my property for tenancy and finalise the prospective tenant in a matter of few days. I would highly recommend their service.

Chandara and her team have been very helpful starting from the beginning of our investment journey in Townsville.
