It was an wonderful experience working with the BDM team of Harcourts - Chanara, Paige & Liam - they were all very responsive, always available when needed & super helpful for performing pre-acquisition inspections on behalf of me. Their inspection reports were very detailed and provided a lot of insights not only limited to the property but also about the location etc. They took care of all the hassle of organising the inspections including the pre-settlement inspection, coordinate with the sales agent for arranging inspections for the new tenancy.
