I recently secured a rental property through Harcourts Kingsberry. I found Sam the property manager excellent to deal with. Her response with communication was great, keeping me up to date and advising what was required with applying. I had previously rented a property through Harcourts for 7 years with excellent service which is why I really wanted to stay with this agency moving forward. Our letting agent Louisa Edwards, is one of, if not the best agent we have had the pleasure of dealing with. She takes pride in her work, and it shows! She is on the ball, super friendly yet very professional. She is prompt in responding with any matters we have, 10/10 for communication! Cannot recommend her highly enough! We actually also used Harcourts Kingsberry when selling our old place, and Harcourts happened to be the agent that was selling the house we also purchased at the time. We have had dealings with both Mark Lake (buying agent) and Stephanie Turnbull (selling agent) and they were both really great to deal with.
