Louisa has been the most caring and proactive agent I have ever had any experiences with in my life. She has gone out of her way to assist us in a short timeframe where she didn’t have to. Communication and care for the role in something which is rare in agents these days but something which was dominant in the service she provided to me and my family from the start of the rental process, through to any assistance we have needed, including maintenance and scheduling inspections around expected baby due. Their routine inspection reports and vacate processes are extremely thorough and consistent - great peace of mind as a landlord that your property is in great hands! Scott, Lauren and Paris are clearly very passionate about the Property Management industry and bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills to their roles, making them very confident when dealing with landlords and tenants alike with all aspects of Property Management. We had one particularly difficult tenancy, which was handled brilliantly by the team from start to finish.
