With not living local and having the property for investment, Harcourts (Pauline) was very helpful, the house was a bit dirty so Pauline left cleaning supplies, and a chair for me when I flew up to see the property, unfortunately we ran into a bit of bad luck with not being notified about the smoke alarms not being compliant and that the old owner had left some of their stuff at the property, so would of been nice to know that sooner but Pauline managed to get it sorted very quickly for us without interruption for the tenants. And has been great at getting back to me about all my queries. If Pauline is unavailable Harcourts office seem to be able to answer without fail which is fantastic.
