They are very professional and their communication is second to none - Always quick to reply to an email which I love! In our short time of being tenants in this unit, our Property Manager Louisa has already gone above and beyond for us. Originally our keys weren’t working properly so we couldn’t get inside so we messaged Louisa. She was super quick, super lovely about it, she double checked that we had a place to stay for the night as it was already dark and by the next day she had already solved the problem and in her own free time came & dropped off some new keys that have worked for us. I couldn’t ask for a better realestate to rent through and I most certainly don’t think I could have a better Property Manager. She also has some super cool clothing style :)
