I am an interstate Landlord and I ended up with the best realestate Agent being Harcourts. Without naming and shaming my past agent in Townsville who left my property in the worst state that the property could not be leased out - Harcourts took over the management and without questions managed the property from garden to house repairs within weeks the property was back on the market for a new tenant. Within 48hrs they found a tenant. I couldn’t do or be able to manage without Harcourts. The best professional Team I have ever encountered and knowing I can trust a team without me being in town is a wonderful privilege. I couldn’t recommend anyone else that could or would do a better job. If I could give 10 stars I would. All round if you want to trust and know your in good hands with a good peace of mind Harcourts is your best option in town well down team 😀
