I applied for the property and the very same day I was approved. It was super easy and straight forward. Erin was fantastic and very helpful throughout the process.

Harcourts have been excellent to work with as a landlord. They’re organised, professional and very responsive. They were very transparent around costs and their offering and they managed to rent our property in just 10 days after settlement! I’ve always felt informed and supported and would highly recommend their property management team.

Dealing with Bree Reardon, specifically as our Tenant Manager has been a sheer delight. Extra service, communication and a very approachable attitude makes every contact with Bree a pleasure.

We have a number of properties with Harcourts. - I think around 10 at the moment. They have been our main rental managers since purchasing the John Gribbin Real Estate rental roll. We have had more properties managed by them, however we have sold a few over the last few years. If we weren't happy with them, we would have changed to another agent.

They made the process really easy to follow, chased up promptly after I viewed the potential rental and provided a thorough inspection report. No hidden surprises.
