Harcourt team were easy to deal with. You have to make a booking to be able to see the property manager. I learnt this after dropping in to work out paying bond and rent the first time. Christine was very easy to deal with. The App system used is good but for some reason my comments and photos on the Entry Report haven’t saved and I have to drop back in to sort this out as there was a lot more items found when I did the entry report that were not noted on Harcourts report. Chris has been very helpful with resolving any maintenance issue request found on entry to the property on the commencement of the 12mth lease.

The service is good and attentive. They all have been well and process was very smooth. The team is professional. I have only one concern with regards to the maintenance service. When I rented property, I requested service for existing problem and all were denied with saying that it does not need any maintenance. Without proper verification, you can take your steps back. I reckon maintenance service needs to be taken into account because we live with family. The matter has not been resolved yet.

I own an investment property in Townsville and have used Harcourts Kingsberry since the closure of John Gribben Real Estate. I have found the service provided by Harcourts to be professional, effective and diligent. My long-terms (approximately 6 years) tenants moved out unexpectedly at the beginning of 2025. Once the property was vacated, it became clear that around $20,000 of repair and maintenance work was required before the property could be re-let. The majority of these costs related to a bathroom renovation, with additional costs relating to fair wear and tear. My property manager, Bree, co-ordinated completion of all the work quickly and efficiently, with the result that the property was able to be re-let before the end of March. This was done with the backdrop of significant flooding across the city, which strained available resources. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harcourts Kingsberry to those owning investment properties who are geographically dislocated from Townsville.
