Louisa was nothing but professional throughout a difficult exit from the last tenants causing damage as well as leaving the house without removing rubbish or completing a bond clean. She organised all necessary maintenance and repairs swiftly. Louisa's communication has been exceptional, we always know what's going on with regular updates. When tenants are settled and there are no issues or maintenance requests, everything runs smoothly and no contact is required. Rent disbursements happen in a timely manner and no thought or effort is required on our behalf. When there is a maintenance request, it is sorted quickly by Louisa. Kingsberry had been doing a satisfactory job managing our rental property when we first listed with them and had previous property managers allocated to our property. In the last 2 years since Louisa was allocated to us as our property manager, the service has been exceptional. We'll keep our rental property with Kinsberry because of Louisa's excellent service and great communication, she is an asset to the Property Management team and Kingsberry as a whole.

Without naming and shaming my past agent in Townsville who left my property in the worst state that the property could not be leased out - Harcourts took over the management and without questions managed the property from garden to house repairs within weeks the property was back on the market for a new tenant. Within 48hrs they found a tenant. I couldn’t do or be able to manage without Harcourts. The best professional Team I have ever encountered and knowing I can trust a team without me being in town is a wonderful privilege.
