Mia (sorry if I got the name wrong) in the front office , not only a fountain of information but an enormous help with all the paperwork and online information the needed completing. I am sure I would not have been able to get it all done without her help. Property Manager, Emma, was unfortunately on leave during this period but did keep abreast with what was going on.
