We were very stubborn with what price we wanted to achieve with the sale of our home, and no other real estate agent was prepared to accept the challenge!!! Except Harcourts!! Due to an unforeseeable circumstance, we lost our original agent and was appointed Jayden in her replacement. First Impression's - "Oh he looks very new/fresh".... Fast forward to now: FANTASTIC Agent, Very Proactive on all fronts, and took this challenge head on without batting an eyelid!! To our relief, Jayden achieved exactly what we wanted and we cannot thank him enough, for his patience and positivity during this process. All in all, it was a rather quick sale, and Jayden maintained contact at all times throughout the stages of sale. If there was a 10 star button - i'd hit it - no hesitation!! Furthermore, not only did Jayden assist with the sale of our property, but he also bent over backwards to help our tenants to find a new home within the current (almost impossible) rental market!!
