Jaden was so on the ball I had some council issues which Jaden gave me so much advice on and when I was feeling stressed about council and a few other things that came up with the sale he explained how things would work out. and he was write. I was also happy with the price we got for the house.

Wow what can I say. Firstly Stephanie was recommended to us by another well respected agent in Townsville, which says a lot and shows she's well respected amongst her peers. We used 4 agents in the last 5 years since trying to sell our home. Stephanie has been nothing short of amazing. Trying different techniques, turning up on her days off to ensure all goes smoothly, working all hours to ensure our campaign will give us the best possible chance, and communicating with us and keeping us up to date every little step of the way. She made what can be considered a stressful process to a seamless one. She's truly is one of the hardest working agents out there and a great person also. Dealing with Stephanie feels like your dealing with a friend, she is so down to earth, but also very professional at the same time. We are happy with the whole process, and happy with the price Stephanie was able to achieve. The team at Harcourts are great and friendly also. Originally I was introduced to Jayden through RayWhite Real Estate when I first begun with the initial stages of selling my Kirwan property. It was only a short while after that Jayden had moved to Harcourt's and at the time I was waiting for painting and other maintenance things to be done prior to putting house onto the market. Jayden contacted me some months after to see how I was getting on and I advised that I was still awaiting to have house painted and some other maintenance to be done and Jayden asked if he could assist with the sale. As I had a rapport previously with him I decided to hand the sale over to him. Through the process Jayden always kept in contact with me to assist in any matters that needed attention and solved any issues that came up with regard to the sale. In my opinion he excelled in all areas of customer service which enabled a quick sale of my property which equated to a contract being signed one day after house was put on the market. Would highly recommend his services.

Can't speak highly enough of Sibby. He was amazingly motivated with following up with prospective buyers and updated me every step of the way. An example of his work ethic - Prior to the opening inspection he was unable to book in someone for yard maintenance so he mowed the yard himself.
