Malcolm went above and beyond with organising painters, gardeners and staging for the property to get in ready for sale which helped me immensely as I could not travel to Townsville during covid restrictions. His honesty with recommendations for improvements and to sell the property vacant helped gain offers on the first open day which followed with a quick sale.
