In our short time of being tenants in this unit, our Property Manager Louisa has already gone above and beyond for us. Originally our keys weren’t working properly so we couldn’t get inside so we messaged Louisa. She was super quick, super lovely about it, she double checked that we had a place to stay for the night as it was already dark and by the next day she had already solved the problem and in her own free time came & dropped off some new keys that have worked for us.
