It was my first time in 8 years I had to find a property and my realestate at my other house are not helpful to me at all and have not even offer me help in any way. When I viewed the property the young man ( Liam) was so lovely and helpful and was happy to answer any questions I ask him, I was so grateful for that, I had no idea in what I was doing when looking for a rental or what I had to do ( fill out application first ) until he answered my question . So thank you it’s important to be approachable . When I received a offer for this rental I was so happy :) you have no idea. It was nice as well that the owner let me move in on a later date ( my other realestate is not letting me out of my lease 3 weeks early) and my property manager (Teegan) was so helpful and answered any question and so easy to speak to. It’s nice to be able to speak to your realestate and feel comfortable. Thank you and thank you to the owner .
