Daniella Ferraro the manager has been so helpful and really gone beyond the call of duty in assisting us. We had a tenant that didn’t pay rent for months and caused Daniella and her team a lot of extra work. I would also like to say that Bulent Topcu who handled our property has done an excellent job. He organised the renovations we did and found us new tenants very quickly. And Mikaela Horsnell was a pleasure to deal with and a great help to us. This is a really great team of people. The building itself is in good shape and always taken care of by cleaners. After living here for just shy of a fortnight I don’t have any complaints or issues regarding the property itself or the team at Harcourts. I had a mishap where I locked myself out of the property which was entirely my fault. The team was so helpful and I was able to pick up a spare key within half an hour of the accident occurring. I’m beyond pleased with this experience and would highly recommend Harcourts Melbourne City to any one looking for a new home.
