Fantastic service as a tenant.
My wife and I were able to sign and move in within a week of viewing. They gave us a full sit down and introduction regarding the move, and answered all our questions. It was the first time we’d lived in an apartment so was very helpful!

We've been with Harcourts for a number of years now, and they have been unfailingly friendly, helpful, professional, and always easy to deal with. They regularly go the extra mile (or three!) to ensure that we are happy and the tenants are happy. Both sides of this equation are very important to us, and Harcourts ensure that everybody is well treated. Cannot recommend them enough!

Darren has done a fantastic job of organising the maintenance that has been required on the flat. We as owners really want our tenants happy with their accommodation and if anything requires repairing or replacing please contact us.

Exceptional knowledge and service at Harcourts!
Mikaele from Harcourts is the best in the business when it comes to renting! A strong communicator with expert knowledge of the City of Melbourne. Mikaele always ‘follows through’ and ‘follows up’, for both the customer and for me as landlord. She is firm, yet fair with an excellent eye for detail. I trust her with the management of my investment property implicitly. I can’t rate her more highly.
