I highly recommend Darren Krause. He is professional and approachable. He was very responsive during my rental application process and followed up with any maintenance issues that needed attention. He promptly replied emails, keeping us informed about every development. His efficiency was remarkable that he expedited the paperwork and communication with landlord to get us the approval within 1-2 days so that we could move into the unit the soonest possible. The whole process was seamless and smooth. As tenant, Darren even helped to provide a list of utilities that I‘m required to connect in my property prior to my move in date. He also helped us coordinating with property manager/concierge at the apartment so that we could move in smoothly without much problems. I‘d not hesitate to recommend Darren to anyone who is looking to rent out or sell their place.

We have a property in East Melbourne and have engaged Harcourts Melbourne City for the last couple of years. The professionalism demonstrated has included regular communication and property reports. We recently went through the process of changing tenants and this was a very seamless experience with one tenant moving out and the next one moving in. Importantly there was great communication throughout and fairness and consideration given to both landlord and tenant in setting the rental value and terms of agreement.

After reviewing agents online, we chose to move our business from the poorly performing agent we had at the time, to Harcourts. From the initial discussions with them, to signing up with them, to having them take over the tenancy; with them finding tenants, doing inspections, ensuring the property was top notch for open days and the new tenant moving in, we could not recommend them more highly. The gentleman I dealt with initially and the lady who is now managing our property are fantastic. They understand the Melbourne market, both from a Sales and Leasing perspective, and their communication is excellent.
