Most of my rent dues were not communicated well, it was rather communicated in a passive aggressive way. They’re always busy with other things. I wish they were kinder and patient. Apart from that, this is my first time renting in melbourne and I believe I deserve at-least some amount of courtesy from their end to explain the rent system. It’s rather stressful than smooth.

I highly recommend Darren Krause. He is professional and approachable. He was very responsive during my rental application process and followed up with any maintenance issues that needed attention. He promptly replied emails, keeping us informed about every development. His efficiency was remarkable that he expedited the paperwork and communication with landlord to get us the approval within 1-2 days so that we could move into the unit the soonest possible. The whole process was seamless and smooth. As tenant, Darren even helped to provide a list of utilities that I‘m required to connect in my property prior to my move in date.
