We have had a wonderful experience renting with harcourts. The showing agent of the property Darren was friendly, engaged and so helpful. He helped put down a comment for us to the rental providers in support, and he was sincere and personable. Sally has been wonderful over the phone and in person, transparent clear and efficient. Mikaele has similarly been wonderful. It has therefore been an easy process to begin tenancy, and we are happy for the good and the small differences in attitude and sincerity as compared to other agents we have encountered while looking.

My agent (Mikaele) provides sounds advice. She understands the market and my property and can objectively guide me on what's best and realistic too. She's great at bringing in the right contractors when work needs to be completed and managing the tenant (when matters arise). I enjoy working with her.

Danielle and Darren kept me up to date with the progress of the exit of the existing tenant, along with the process and timelines for photos and advertising and having the apartment on the market. Their predictions can to be true against the plan that we had agreed and the new tenant has moved in without fuss. Great result.

Harcourts Melbourne City has been very helpful and efficient. My apartment has been rented out without problems. The staff are quick in organising the clearance of the stuff I had left behind and rented out quickly and proficiently. I am very happy with their service and work for the last two years.
