Property Manager Mikaele and Real Estate agent Lliam are super friendly, kept me well informed and even though there were minor issues with the apartment, they have been resolved quickly. Yasmeen and Mikaele gave excellent service and advice in a major refurbishment of our apartment. They kept our interests in mind at all times, with an eye to costs while advising on the most serviceable floor coverings, painting and bathroom tiling. They kept in contact, and while significant expense was involved, as the apartment had not been refreshed for at least ten years, there were no nasty surprises in terms of costs. They gave me current advice on rents in central Melbourne and then re-rented the apartment very promptly as soon as the renovations were finished. I can highly recommend Harcourts Melbourne.

Serena was amazing, she made the move into this apartment incredibly smooth and was always ready to help with anything. She was very understanding of my situation and supported me throughout the entire process. She was also very knowledgeable about the apartment, and prior to moving in, she kept me updated at all times, answering any questions I had, no matter how simple or small. When I moved in, she made sure to call maintenance to fix everything that needed repairs. Overall, Harcourts has shown incredible professionalism and communication.
