Every person that I dealt with in Harcourts have been amazing, I first spoke with Chloe and she was extremely helpful in organising the viewings, when we had the viewing we met with Daniella and again she was super professional and helpful to us. Our agent now Mikaele has been very supportive and helpful as we have moved in. I will be recommending anyone who is renting to go through Harcourts.

The receptionists were always really nice to deal with on the phone. I found the agent, Tara to be really up and down. Sometimes I found her to be really rude and abrupt. I really had to push for simple things that should be standard. After a few uncomfortable interactions with her I felt like contacting your management to ask if I could have a different agent.
