Joel steered the ship in the successful sale of a property in the exclusive area of The Hill, Newcastle. The property had some unique factors and required careful, experienced and strategic marketing. This is the second property that Joel has sold for me. Joel, and the Harcourts team provided me a platinum service in both sales. The marketing campaign was brilliant, and Joel's knowledge of the market and local area was a clear advantage for me. In the most recent sale (December 2021), there was another very similar townhouse in the same complex which was listed with another agent at the same time. However Joel did not try to sell himself to the market, but rather he focused on selling my property, and in doing so he achieved a far better price than the adjoining property. Sam is very professional not at all pushy and honest with current market trends. He's highly regarded in the Real estate business and well know to the solicitors and conveyancers. However, Tom Robinson was our actual agent who directed us to the success of the sale of our Unit in Croudace Rd Elermore Vale. We had many months prior to this sale where Tom kept regular contact giving us a guide and advice for current sale trends. He NEVER once did the hard push to get us to sell and we appreciated his professionalism in this and the regular contact. He also managed to get a price high above our expectation and we wish Tom and we wish the very best in the future too, as both are a pleasure to deal with.

Sam Tsiaousis was very professional he went above and beyond to guide us through a sale of a home that had multiple family members as owners. It is not always easy to deal with one or two vendors but to have to deal with four owners of a property and treat everyone of those personalities with the respect Sam did is amazing job.
