Luke was friendly and honest, always on hand to answer questions. He was very flexible when we had some deposit financing issues prior to the auction and followed up with all our questions to the vendor promptly. Following the sale he followed up several times with his offers to assist in any way he could. Overall we found him to be professional and knowledgeable about the property and his flexibility and efficiency secured us our first home at a price we were more than happy with.

Joel steered the ship in the successful sale of a property in the exclusive area of The Hill, Newcastle. The property had some unique factors and required careful, experienced and strategic marketing.
