This is the second property that Joel has sold for me. Joel, and the Harcourts team provided me a platinum service in both sales. The marketing campaign was brilliant, and Joel's knowledge of the market and local area was a clear advantage for me. In the most recent sale (December 2021), there was another very similar townhouse in the same complex which was listed with another agent at the same time. However Joel did not try to sell himself to the market, but rather he focused on selling my property, and in doing so he achieved a far better price than the adjoining property. He is a very personable professional. I highly recommend Joel Soldado and the Harcourts team.

Sam could not have been more professional & personable to deal in the sale of our property. We’d have no hesitation recommending Sam! Thank you again for everything. Regards Emma & Brendan

Sam is very professional not at all pushy and honest with current market trends. He's highly regarded in the Real estate business and well know to the solicitors and conveyancers. However, Tom Robinson was our actual agent who directed us to the success of the sale of our Unit in Croudace Rd Elermore Vale. We had many months prior to this sale where Tom kept regular contact giving us a guide and advice for current sale trends. He NEVER once did the hard push to get us to sell and we appreciated his professionalism in this and the regular contact. He also managed to get a price high above our expectation and we wish Tom and we wish the very best in the future too, as both are a pleasure to deal with.

Sam Tsiaousis was very professional he went above and beyond to guide us through a sale of a home that had multiple family members as owners. It is not always easy to deal with one or two vendors but to have to deal with four owners of a property and treat everyone of those personalities with the respect Sam did is amazing job. He was respectful and informative to all family members. He knew the current market and was very attuned with what we could expect from that market. We achieved a sale price that was very pleasing to all vendors. We would highly recommend Sam to sell your home. We would not hesitate to use Sam in the future.

We found Sam to be very helpful during the process of selling our house. His initial estimate of the possible highest price we would get was fully realized thanks to his good negotiating skills. Sam kept us informed about what was happening at every step along the way and even helped us with things that needed doing beyond the sale itself.

When enlisting Sam to appraise and market my late uncle’s property, I felt very confident and more than satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge and prompt communication throughout the process. Sam organised a lawn mowing service for me to help keep the property in order right till the end of settlement. I’m so appreciative and happy to say that Sam was a wonderful support for me throughout the whole process. I’m more than happy and confident to recommend Sam to anyone wanting to sell their Property

Sam is a friendly, committed, highly professional real estate agent. He is a rare gem-an honest broker who is out for the best deal for vendor and buyer. An excellent communicator who does not just tell you what you want to hear; rather, he has a great feel for Property and tells it like it is.

Sam was initially recommended as a result achiever. Together WE rapidly focussed towards a "personal & balanced" approach. A historical property link mixed with his "listening" meant an easy choice i.e. compared to a couple of locational experienced alternates. The impressive managerial office + planning with support services (staging, inspections etc.) ALL helped deliver a happy result in a timely way for me.
