Where do I begin to start??? In my life time I have bought and sold nine properties and Sam is by far the most outstanding agent I have ever dealt with. He treats you as a friend rather than a client and goes ABSOLUTELY over and above in every task he performs as an agent . I sold my home at a time of great difficulty during Covid and while my husband was ill and needing placement in a nursing home. Sam stepped in and took on roles to assist me when ever it was required. I needed to have a few improvements done to the home in order to sell and Sam supported me engaging tradesmen. On some days he even took tradesmen to the house that did not drive, what more can you asked for in an agent!!! On top of all of this he sold my house from first viewing to exchange in three days!!!!! He took so much stress off me , I can’t begin to tell you.
