Selling my house was a great experience with Joel
Joel and Nicole looked about the sale of my house so well, what was a stressful time for me was made to be simple and straightforward with them. They both were available to answer my questions, responded quickly, provided lots of usual information and got me a price I was well and truly happy with (way above what I expected) in a short amount of time. Thanks guys, I definitely recommend using Harcourts and would use them again myself.

Sale of Property
We cannot fault Joel and the amazing level of customer service we received from him. Joel exceeded our expectations and had an extensive knowledge of the current market , providing us with realistic and accurate advice for the marketing and sale of our investment property in April 2021. We cannot recommend Joel and the Harcourts team highly enough and will certainly have their team in mind for any future Real Estate needs.

Not your average Real Estate Agent!
Sam is one of the best in the business. The whole process of purchasing a property went seamlessly well with Sam keeping open, honest and regular communication throughout. He is a great mediator, he goes above and beyond the needs of his clients. Sam is a true professional and a genuinely nice person who radiates integrity and honesty, you would be hard pressed to find a better real estate agent in Newcastle. If you are looking for a real estate agent to purchase or sell through, Sam comes with my highest recommendation.

An exceptional experience!
We had met Sam at a number of open homes over a number of weeks when we started our search. We not only remained in touch but once we had found the right home, Sam ensured the process was clear and painless to secure our first home. Both Sam and his colleague Tom were always there to help by making themselves readily available when we needed to arrange another walk through or answer any of our silly questions along the way. We would highly recommend Sam and his team when it comes time for buying or selling a property!

Unexpected turn of events.
We were introduced to Sam and Tom via an agency letter drop to appraise and offer a value of our home. We were not, at the time, looking to sell but Sam remembered our unique home and a couple of months later had potential interested buyers.
