He constantly communicated with me regarding times of inspections and also contacted me to advise me of the outcome, wether it be good or bad. I admired Joel's professionalism, he explained the whole process of selling my house so that I could totally understand the process and he maintained diligent in practicing hygiene skills in regard to the Corona Virus whilst in my home which totally put me at ease. It was on the market within a week of speaking to him, and from the day it went online it took 5 days to get an offer of acceptance. Plus we had a few to pick from! Buying a house is stressful, selling a house is stressful, doing both of them at the same time without any intention is crazy and just before Christmas was madhouse but Sam honestly made it a breeze.
