Sale of estate home at 138 Kingston Avenue, Melrose Park SA
James Packham had a very good knowledge of the house value and regularly gave me reports of the open inspections by emails and face to face meetings. His presentation and advice as to what was required to be done to the house in the lead up to the open inspections was spot on, which showed his credibility. On the day of the auction both James and his team worked well to achieve the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him. Regards Trevor Jettner

Harcourts Brighton
James Packham has exceeded our expectations again and achieved a great result in the sale of our land at Eden Hills. The only criticism we have is what was happening in the background, we chose to use our own Conveyancer and she expressed concern at the lack of preparation and communication at settlement. It is great that Harcourts Brighton is smashing the sales however the attention to detail across the whole sales process could be improved. Excellent result!
The advice I received from James, Steph and his team (including property styling from Ros Brebner) was faultless. There's no doubt that selling a home is extremely stressful, but by taking James' excellent advice and then letting he and his team manage the process from start to finish, I was able to maximise the property's potential with minimal stress. His knowledge of the market, research into my particular area and follow through with potential buyers was exceptional.
