We purchased a property from a vendor Lauren was representing. Our offer had strings attached -subject to sale etc. and our property wasn't even on the market yet. We really liked the property so Lauren met with us to assess our property and our position on it's sale. She was confident that it would move quickly and advised the vendor to take our offer.
