I am not one for writing reviews but felt I must on this occasion. Brad was honest and up front, he told us the way it was, which is very refreshing. I am a born sceptic but trusted Brad straight away. Excellent service from the start. Nothing was a problem for him and I was able to communicate at any time of day and he would respond straight away. Brad is a good agent he was proactively calling potential buyers, communicating with existing customers and constantly chasing new leads. The timing made it not easy, as there were more than eighty houses for sale in the Kippa-ring at the same time. Brad managed to get the price that we were happy with, for the house. Even when the house had a contract on it, he was still doing opening houses every week end until the contract was unconditional. I would strongly recommend him. It gave us a peace of mind that we found someone that we could trust.

I cannot recommend Johnny enough! From the Get Go, his communication on every little detail has been impeccable!!! Better than IMPECCABLE! On more than one occasion, whenever I've emailed Johnny with a problem, he has responded within 5mins or so not just acknowledging my email but also with an update on how it can be resolved, information obtained by speaking with his suppliers like the builder or the plumber! His communication on all matters is something I value greatly!!! I also believe that one's quality is known by how his contractors refer to him in his absence. In my experience, Johnny's contractors, from the handyman, to the painter, to the carpet guy and the builder - every single contractor that I've had the pleasure of meeting within my first few months of moving in here have spoken soooooooooooooooooo very very highly of Johnny, the man he is and why for him, they wouldn't mind attending a request even on their weekend!!! We had good service from Harcourts at Aspley - they provided us with a current market review prior to listing and an approximation of the possible sales value. Once listed, we had a buyer on the first weekend, although the offer was a little bit lower that we had expected. Johnny advised us that with the current market trend, it was a good offer and that we were unlikely to get higher, so we accepted. The estate agents have been helpful between the contract being signed and settlement.
