Out of the 3 agents interviewed lolit was by far the best prepared and most informative. She listened to my needs for the sale and then suggested a strategy that we apply. It was great the first open house, 2 days after on the market, it was sold for a great price. Very professional in all follow up advice and I did not attend the house again while waiting for contract closure she did everything required. I would certainly recommend Lolit to anyone

Thanks to our agent's personal and communicative skills he assisted in a very long drawn out finance approval (7 weeks), directly keeping the seller engaged and up to date with every obstacle and outcome. Had it been left squarely in the hands of a solicitor, I doubt that we would be heading towards settlement.
