I will admit selling my house was something I was not only dreading but something that was causing my stress levels to go through the roof. As a first time home owner/ seller I had so many questions and thoughts running through my head on a daily basis.. would it take long to sell?, what if I didn't get the price I was after?, what if I the market was far too competitive etc. To be honest making the decision to move on is hard enough without added stress of the unknown when it comes to selling a property but from the moment Catherine began to work with us I knew we had made the right decision, she immediately put us at ease with a positivity and hard work ethic that took all the added pressure away and made sure that we were aware of everything going on with our property, fitting in with our schedule so that we could get all the other niggling things associated with our change done. I met Marilyn at Sandgate Toastmasters last year at which time I was assessing the possible sale of a unit at Enoggera. Having had a surgical procedure and booked on a month long cruise things did not get off the ground without delay also I was to be in Melbourne for a family affair. When I was available things proceeded at a fair pace and Marilyn was able to get a contract for a reasonable price.
