Catherine White did a fantastic job with the sale of our property. We have a couple of features that are less than ideal (like a main road), however Catherine was able to get a good number of groups through the house each week for the open homes. We had an offer in our price range from an out of state buyer whom Catherine worked diligently with (this fell over unfortunately due to finance). Rather than being despondent, Catherine jumped straight back in and procured two more offers within a week, again both within our range. The final offer was above the figure we were looking for. Catherine has great communication skills, a personable manner and was always positive. We would definitely recommend Catherine to anyone else looking to sell their property.

Though the whole process I felt confident in the ability of Johnny and the agency to get the best possible price for my property and to make the whole selling procedure as easy and stress free as possible. I would gladly recommend Johnny to any of my friends and family whether they are buying or selling. Johnny has taken such a personal interest in my property I would go as far as saying we have developed a personal relationship as well as he has taken the time to get to know me on a personal level and we have found common interests such as fast cars and motorbikes. If I had to give one piece of criticism it would be that Johnny does speak very quickly and is always operating at 110% which can take away from the personal feel every once and a while, But having said that, he is a busy man and so busy because he takes a personal interest in every deal he is working on which takes up a lot of time. We have no hesitation in recommending Lolit to any of our friends or anyone thinking of selling their home. Selling a home is a very stressful time however, we felt extremely comfortable with Lolit's professional and friendly attitude. Lolit made things easy and took a lot of time to explain the whole process. It was advertised on the Web on Wednesday 7th December and we had an open house the following Saturday, 10th December - on Saturday evening Lolit rang us to inform us that she had a contract on the house......we were stunned. We were happy with the contract - we didn't have to reduce the price - it all went so easily. Lolit came around on the Saturday evening and we signed the contract.
