In a tough market for selling apartments, Brad helped me sell my apartment in Newstead. He created an innovative promotional movie to highlight the property and the area, and helped greatly with styling and presentation suggestions. He even starred in the movie and jumped in the unheated pool in the middle of winter! I can’t imagine there is another agent who would show the same commitment. He listened to what we were looking for and gave an honest, well informed assessment of a likely sales process, timeline and final selling price. I was well informed throughout the entire process and no request we made was too much trouble. Brad has a passion for property, and is outcome focussed for both his buyers and sellers.
