If you're in the need of a Sales Agent in the Fitzgibbon and surrounding area then you just stumbled upon the best! Honestly I only have great stuff to say about Johnny, Katie and the rest of his team. From the start of the sales process the communication has been excellent, never once did I wonder what was happening, I was regularly updated along the way. Johnny's knowledge of the area is excellent, with awareness of the surrounding shops and services, roads, projects and influences on the area. He can rattle off many comparable sales and come up with an accurate, true to life, market value for your property. His pre market report is in depth, detailed, with supporting evidence and yet easy to understand. Taking the time to visit and inspect the property before compiling the report so as to best understand it and what it has to offer, and this is totally without cost to the client, all part of his excellent service to his customers. I could go on and on really about how good these guys are... there is one word that about sums it up...Outstanding. This property was sold within one week, and in reality it sold about 3 days after the first open home! But thats not the whole story, it was a total pleasure to deal with Johnny Lin, he's a great guy, a great communicator, friendly, diligent, thorough and many other qualities that have made him super successful. Unusually I have one more to sell in the area too, and without question I will use Johnny again in January 2019 when it is available to sell.
