After an initial contract crashed in the first month, it became evident the market was tightening due to the impact of the banking royal commission - Marilyn reacted quickly and devised a new strategy that ultimately paid off. Her experience in recognising the slowing trend, and responding accordingly, enabled us to feel confident we would achieve a positive outcome sooner rather than later. And we did.
