I am well pleased of Kevin's effort in the sale of my property. He really puts his time and effort into every detail. I was overseas when the selling process began and finished, and I had to rely on Kevin on communicating with the buyer and the Solicitors involved in the sale. He was always contactable as we used a mobile app to communicate, which replaced having to phone overseas. He followed up on small maintenance items that were required for to complete the sale process, which I really appreciate him for doing this.

His idea of videoing himself skateboarding down the driveway was innovative.
