When looking to purchase my first home recently, I found Glenn to be the best agent of all those I had encountered. He was most helpful, to the point that when I asked a question about the property which he was unsure in answering, (it was a first open and I believe I was the first through) I had an answer on my phone . . . and photos of documentation to back-up the answer before I had finished viewing another property about 2 km away. I found the whole agency to be similar with their prompt attention. In all, what I thought would be an ordeal for me, was in fact made much easier by this agency's attention to detail and customer relations. I would not hesitate in using this company in the future or recommending them to others.

When communication is the key to understanding your place in a potential sale, we found Glenn to be very thorough and had both parties up to date with the process and when the time come he was on the mark in making the contracts happen swiftly. His marketing design was well suited and provided the results we were after with a quick sale, which was our aim. In an area like Edwardstown, where we were advised that our property was on the high side for the area, we achieved a solid price above what was suggested by other agents.
