Sheila & I had been planning for sometime to retire and relocate from the country to somewhere on the coast near our sons at Seacliff & Marion. For 12 months we watched the internet but found very few properties that suited us. We decided to put our home on the market which had a marina frontage at a reasonable price and began seriously looking. We found a couple we liked but the agents selling them were getting it pretty easy and weren't interested unless we had the cash in our hand. As time went by we had a contract on our home so we looked a little harder. One weekend we found a home that Glenn had for sale but it was on its last open day and we couldn't travel down so we arranged inspection for the following day. The home was just what we were looking for but settlement on ours was having a few hiccups, our agent also with Harcourt's and he assured us the contract was watertight. He contacted Glenn & between them with a lot of faith & patience Glenn finalised the deal at a price we were happy with. We can't believe how good the lifestyle & facilities are in Hallett Cove. Just seconds away from a great local shopping centre & new Community centre opening soon & just minutess from the Brighton/ Seacliff beaches & the famous Marion shopping centre if you need it.
