My experience with Karen was very complex as I was a International seller and Executor of a Will which was indeed challenging. Her market knowledge was vast and she was able to sell the property at a much greater price than I expected. Her communication skills are excellent and I was able to contact her re questions as they arose and she was so professional at all times, and actually has the skill to make one feel they are her only client, but Irealize she is a very busy Agent. 10 out of 10. Karen is honest and easy to work with. She has a really positive attitude, and she found nothing difficult. Since the beginning, Karen has been an outstanding agent.
