Karen worked around some unique requirements in the sale process and we gained an "off market" sale. She guided us to some trustworthy trades people. My home got an unflattering appraisal pre sale inspection and the buyer offered a lower price. Karen advised for me not to reduce the price and found an independent inspector who was more realistic and though it cost me, I was well rewarded buy a return to the original offer. It speaks to Karen's integrity that she recommended that I hold out. The house price does not vary the percentage of agent fees that much however the extra money was of great importance to me.
