Karl has been diligent and thorough throughout the whole selling process. He has kept in touch along the way, giving regular updates of open home reactions, potential buyers etc. Karl is realistic in his price expectations but never pressured us into making a decision. Thank you Karl.

I have known of Karl as a dedicated specialist in acreage house and land sales in our area for more than the ten years i have lived here. Karl was my first choice when i decided to sell . Yes i did obtain marketing submissions from other agents in the area which i did not feel comfortable with. My property was well marketed with 63 groups through on the first weekends open house. 5 offers on the table and sold a week later at a price i was happy with. Thanks Karl

Our experience with Stana as our agent to sell our first property was great. She was very easy to work with and she worked really hard to get us the best possible end result. You can tell that she is very passionate about her job and wants to ensure the whole selling process runs smoothly, and that you walk away happy. Highly recommend Stana if you want to sell your property.
