Knowledgeable and Persistant
I would highly recommend Lea in the sale of your property. Her knowledge, experience and network of contacts partnered with her persistance and 'can do' attitude pays off. Lea offered great advice and realistic appraisals that led to a great outcome with the price we wanted. She was with me through the jittery contract waiting period in the midst of a tough time in the lending and property market and made sure both parties were fully communicated with. VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH
I MUST SAY IN MY LIFE AS A GENERAL MANAGER OF MANY CAR COMPANIES AND HAVING A LOT TO DO WITH SELLING AND SOME SO CALL CAR ALES PERSONS IT WAS NICE TO BE GREETED BY THREE BEAUTIFUL ANGELS OF THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY ON MEETING THIS TEAM MY SELF AND MY PARTNER FELT RELIEVED THAT FINALLY FOUND A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS THAT WERE WILLING TO WORK FOR US AND NOT JUST FOR THEMSELVES BUT FOR US THE SELLERS .. IT TOOK A LITTLE TIME BUT THAT IT WAS BECAUSE WE ENTERED THE MARKET AT A BAD TIME BUT EVENTUALLY WE HAD A BUYER AND OFFER WE WERE HAPPY WITH ..
