Mitch Harrop worked tirelessly to secure a buyer for our property in Varsity Lakes Queensland. Mitch was unknown to us as we lived in Western Australia but has always been professional and positive in all my dealings with him. Hi enthusiasm never wavered and his commitment to meet buyers at short notice never wavered which led to the quick sale. I would strongly recommend Mitch to any prospective seller or buyer.

Lea & her team has been outstanding in the sale of my father's unit, they were a huge help through a quite stressful time for myself. I would highly recommend Lea & her team for sale of your property.
Lea Pettett
We can not fault the team of Lea Pettet and Virginia Edwards. From the first meeting with them we felt very comfortable, like we had known them for years. Nothing was ever a problem for Virginia who took over our sale while Lea was overseas. Our house sold in 3 weeks due to Virginia's negotiating skills. We would definitely list our next property for sale with the Lea Pettet team. From two very happy vendors.

Got back to us everytime and even helped provide property management information after the sale Sold the property to us without even advertising it - just followed up on other enquiries we had made for the area
Ellen Bian
Ellen sold our property even before going on the market, obviously Ellen’s large database helped. Ellen is an expert in real estate industry, she genuinely cares for her vendors and buyers. We are especially impressed by Ellen’s professionalism, honesty, reliability, efficiency, dedication and negotiation skills. We won’t go to anyone else. Highly recommended.

I had already decided on an agent prior to meeting Chris, however after meeting Chris I signed up with him on the spot. We discussed a winning strategy the day we met and two days later our house was under contract at a price higher than anticipated. A real estate super hero! Will absolutely appoint Chris for further real estate transactions. Thanks so much!
Chris Manby
We have now used Chris Manby twice as our Agent to sell our property. We can highly recommend Chris and the team at LJ Hooker. Everything is conducted very professionally and runs very smoothly. Takes the worry out of it for us. See you on the next one Chris.
Chris Manby
Mitch, it has been a pleasure selling our unit, and buying a new one, if I was ever going to sell again I would most definitely be with you. Thank you for making everything go smoothly. Christine and John.
