Michael first pitched to me a year before listing. My plans were put on hold due to the pandemic in 2020 & I told him I would be in contact when I was ready to list. He listened and respected what I said & when I reached out again he was ready to go. He is realistic, practical and straight forward in his communication. Doesn’t over promise or under deliver but stays focussed on getting the result for the vendor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting advice or listing. His knowledge of the local market is second to none and his intuitive sense of how to market the property is astounding. You won’t be disappointed!

Love his tenacity
We've been working with Michael for many years now and have utilised his services on multiple occasions. He has at all times provided us with genuine and honest advice and opinions and has always achieved what he said he would (and in most cases he exceeds this). His tenacity in achieving great results was clearly evident with our last sale when due to extenuating circumstances he couldn't open the property for inspection at the advertised time, so Michael to his credit organised for potential purchasers to view to the property via a private inspection on a public holiday. It's this sort of commitment that we most appreciate from Michael. He has always looked to ensure he achieves the best result for his vendor and we will have no hesitation engaging Michael with our next sale too.
