Mario and his team recently assisted me with a property purchase. With lockdown restrictions and transition to digital viewing / auction it was bit daunting to purchase a property online. Mario’s team made this journey comfortable and easy. His team was in constant communication to ensure things are tracking well and there are not tech issues and on the day of the auction His team was on the phone with me throughout the process. It’s refreshing to see the commitment from Mario and his team. Thank you and all the best.

This is our second dealing with harcourt we bought from them and now sold through them. Mario is very talented and he knows his work very well. Has immense knowledge of the area, market and how to deal with buyers and sellers at the same time. He really helped us specially with young family and 2 kids it can be really hard but he was very helpful in moving the inspection dates and auction dates as well. We are very happy with his work and the price we got , more than we expected given house was only opened once due to lockdown. Throughout our dealing, his communication was very crisp and he kept us informed of every little change in the market. He is not Mario infact he is Super-Mario. Highly recommended agent and company.

Mario was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, polite, efficient and a great communicator through the whole selling process. I would highly recommend his friendly manner and would happily use him again as my agent in the future.

Mario has a great knowledge of the area and was able to put us in touch with contacts that helped us through the sale to allow for a smooth transition. Mario has also put us in touch with his rental department who have been very responsive to our call for help to secure a rental home.

Mario Tucci helped us with making the sale of our 3 bed unit in Lalor through difficult circumstances. Although the market was hot when we decided to sell, few days prior to our first inspection, Melbourne entered its 4th lockdown. Since then the number of enquiries reduced or interested buyers kept rescheduling. Mario didn't give up. He kept going until we found the right buyer at the right price. Brilliant Job.
