Fantastic customer service!!!!
My partner and I have purchased our second property with Michael Cananzi; first one through auction and the second one was private sale. All I can say is that he provides superb level of customer service, communication and assistance from the first inspection all the way through to settlement. Cannot say enough of his service and patience. I am sure this will not be our last purchase from him!

Making it happen in challenging times
Tony took on the sale of our apartment during lockdown. He was confident from the start and regardless of the obstacles which arose, which were many, he maintained a laser focus. The price we agreed to was the price he achieved. Couldn’t ask for anymore. Couldn’t fault him and his process. 5 stars all the way.

Put simply, Michael is an excellent agent. Always on the front foot with ideas and opportunities to improve buyer interest as well as managing my expectations as a Vendor.
