Mario was helpful the full way through our journey to buying a house. we got to know Mario through the various open houses and later auctions and offers and he was consistently helpful. He responded quickly to all our messages and inspection requests. After failing to win the bid on our first auction Mario made sure to introduce us to a range of houses fresh on the market and eventually led us to our first home. He is a very friendly person and seemed genuinely happy to help us get into our house. i would strongly recommend working with Mario.

The property that I want to sell needed lots of work as it's an old property. However I would describe Michael working very hard trying to get interested buyers. I do appreciate effort Michael made to get it to roughly my expectations.(I knew it wasn't easy)

Mario and the Harcourts team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish of my recent purchase and the during my search for the right property. I was in the market to purchase another property and jeez what a breeze this transaction was. Mario was confident, professional, and knowledgeable on the location and home itself. There was no pressure or continuous phone calls from Mario. He gave me the time i needed to really think things through. On the day of the Auction, again there was no pressure nor push, Mario politely came across said hello and acknowledged my presence. Once i placed my first bid i had a young gentleman come across and again no pressure. He was calm, softly spoken and just really let me do my thing. The auctioneer was fantastic also, straight to the point, clearly and directly spoken and just knew how to get the job done without wasting anytime talking about nonsense. And oh boy have I been to some auctions over the past 12 months…..perhaps over 40 auctions! Overall a great experience with Mario and his team – well done to all involved, keep up the great work!
