As first time landlords, my wife and I felt well supported throughout the process of letting our house. It was leased at the first home open and for the weekly rental rate we wanted. A big thank you to the Harcourts team.

All the staff at Ross Realty have made preparing our house for the rental market a breeze. Even before securing a tenant, the property managers organised tradespeople to get the house ready and presented well. We were delighted to find out the property was tenanted in less than a week on the market. Extremely impressed and highly recommend!

The team at Harcourts Ross Realty is a cut above the rest. From home opens to dealing with tenant maintenance requests, they are very friendly and courteous and offer valuable suggestions and feedback. They always respond straight away and keep me in the loop of what is happening. Very professional but still happy to take the time to discuss any issues that might pop up. Would recommend.
