The team at Harcourts Ross Realty have been excellent. They gave good advice as to what was needed before we put our house up for rent and how best to attract the most prospective tenants. Once we had the house ready and started advertising, we had lots of interest at the home opens and multiple applications. It was rented out within a week! I have just renew my lease with Harcourt Ross realty. They get me new tenants in just a week. I have a little hiccup with the property manager previously seems to be really laybacks on any reply of my emails as to follow up with the routines inspection. Garden was neglected and the cleaning for the end of the leasing was poorly done. But other than that seems ok.
